Gabriella (Gabby) Mendonca is a passionate accessibility advocate, digital media professional, and motivational speaker committed to helping schools create inclusive and ADA-compliant environments. A graduate of St. Francis College in New York City with a degree in Communications and Digital Media, Gabby began her career as a Digital Accessibility Specialist at the American Foundation for the Blind, where she audited corporate websites to ensure compliance with accessibility standards. This work ignited her mission to support others—especially students with disabilities—by helping school districts understand and meet the requirements of the ADA, Section 504.

Gabby is also a contributing writer for Bold Blind Beauty magazine and the host of a mental health-focused podcast, where she leads a special series called Visionary Voices, spotlighting changemakers from diverse communities. Her ultimate goal is to partner with school districts as both a consultant and motivational speaker—bringing awareness, education, and inspiration around accessibility, equity, and mental wellness in schools.
